Year 2016:

in this year the team was also participating in Canada regional competition in addition to the competition in Israel.

• A regional competition in Israel- Hector got in the qualification to the 9th place, was the first choice of alliance 3 and lost at the Israeli quarter-finalists.

• A regional competition in west Canada- Hector finished the qualifications in 5th place and lost the semi-finals. at the same competition the team won the Chairman’s award.

• An world championship- Hector finished the qualifications in the 23th place and lost the Archimedes house’s finals. at the same competition, the team won the Engineering inspiration in Archimedes and Tesla houses. This award grants an automatic entry to the next year’s international competition. (2017) The team was the first Israeli team who won this award.
