Robotics In Ethiopia

"Giving opportunities to all who deserve & spreading STEM where it’s most needed"

This is the reason for sending the expedition to Ethiopia, a third world country in Africa; Recreating the impact we made on Yeruham, by teaching 24 local engineers & teachers the basics of robotics mentoring, and donating them numerous FIRST Lego League kits so they could spread and empower STEM all over Ethiopia. A two week course was conducted, leading to a competition similar to FIRST Lego League regional competitions. Since then, we've been working with the new teams, guiding them and showing the right way via internet calls.

The next stage of the project is visiting each village, assisting local mentors and teams,  and eventually running the first regional in the country, hopefully this year.
